THE COMPANY BEHIND THE COLLECTION
Lighting experience, built over time.
Our roots in lighting components go back to 1999. Zhongshan Hengen Lighting Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. Today, our work brings together product development, manufacturing and support for lighting ranges sold under our customers’ brands.

COMPONENT PRODUCTION
Different materials. Different processes.
Aluminium die casting, plastic injection moulding and globe blow moulding serve different product constructions. The process depends on the selected model.
Plastic injection moulding
Moulding equipment and handling systems for plastic components. Material, shape and construction are checked against the selected product.
Globe blow moulding

Compare light output, not wattage alone. Our integrating sphere is used to measure the light produced by the tested source.
Factory footage shows the test process, not a pass result for every model. We confirm available reports against your selected model, configuration and destination market.

Materials & component storage
Lighting housings and parts are held in trays and reusable crates between production stages. Keeping parts separated helps protect their surfaces during handling.
Finished-goods warehouse
Packed cartons are stored together before loading. For your order, discuss the unit packaging, carton markings and packing-list requirements with our team.
Loading & dispatch
Cartons are loaded into containers at our factory. Discuss your shipment’s packing details and delivery arrangements before dispatch.

Can I see how the products are made?
Start with the factory film and the workshop photographs on this page. If you would like a closer look at a particular product or process, send us the model and the questions you want to cover.
Which test information should I request?
Tell us the model, configuration, intended environment and target market. We can then discuss the relevant test records and available documents for that product. Test footage illustrates the process; the applicable report defines the tested configuration and result.
Can I build a range under my own brand?
Yes. Choose from our lighting collection, then discuss product marking, colour options, packaging and retail display requirements with us. Our OEM page shows examples of this work.
