Explore factory testing relevant to plastic and resin outdoor lighting: material exposure and protection in use.
Outdoor housings face sunlight over time. See lighting parts placed in our UV chamber for accelerated exposure testing.
Water exposure matters outdoors. See our spray-test setup for checking a fitting’s protection against water ingress.
A mounted sample, a controlled impact. See how a pendulum is used to assess resistance to mechanical impact.
The quotation lists IP44 / IK06. These clips illustrate factory procedures, not a test result for this model. Request the matching reports, material information and installation documents for your selected configuration and market.
BEFORE YOU SHORTLIST
The quoted fitting uses a E27 lampholder with a limit of MAX 40W. Confirm lamp dimensions, inclusion, light colour and compatibility before ordering. Light output depends on the selected lamp.
Check the physical sample, dimensions (160 × 160 × 800mm), finish, light effect and the requirements of your destination market. Then request documentation for the exact configuration.
Document availability must be checked against the selected wattage, light source, construction and destination market. Tell us which certificates and reports your retailer or importer requires; we will confirm the matching files before the order.
Share the destination country, estimated quantity, selected finish and light specification, plus any logo, colour-box or PDQ requirements. This lets us quote a comparable construction.
